How we work

Our multi-skilled team approach takes your door project from beginning to end; from enquiry through to design & manufacture, and managing the final installation.

Eurobond Doors' qualified team members bring their skills to the drawing, design, manufacturing & logistics so that the project runs smoothly, and you can rest assured that it's all in hand.

Step 1

Enquiry

We treat all enquiries as important; no matter the size of the project. We're meticulous in how we approach your project & requirements.

When we receive a new enquiry, it enters our sales process & is managed by our Sales Estimators. From there, it transfers to Pre/After Sales, followed by design, procurement, manufacturing and installation management.

Step 2

Draw

DFAs (or 'drawing for approval') mean we can be confident we've interpreted your specification and information correctly before the manufacturing process begins.

Drawn by one of our Technical Sales Estimators, this is a 2D CAD representation - featuring correct panels, position, handles, locks, closer position, thumb turning, and colours. Once signed off & approved, your steel or performance steel door then goes to order processing, followed by manufacturing.

Step 3

Design

Our designers & design engineers get to work on bringing your door to life. Working to the DFA and its exact requirements, the design is created in a 3D model using SolidWorks.

We draw up a base model and retrofit all the custom furniture with 3D modelling, to customer specification. We then break the 3D model down into flat 2D patterns to create CNC code, which is readable by the machines on the factory floor to punch out patterns and form. Our machinery has been programmed by our own design engineers to ensure accurate production.

Step 4

Manufacture

Every hole, every frame, every lockbox location has been punched out at the start at the 3D modelling process - this means we work to exact designs, with no room for error during the manufacturing phase.

To ensure total accuracy & quality control, the programming goes from the design office to the machinery. New methods of manufacturing constantly broaden the scope of what we can achieve.
