The Flip-Flap Doors are designed with the highest standards of hygiene for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The mechanical components are enclosed in a stainless steel circular profile and the flush acrylic vision panels ensure that there are no dirt traps. The door is available in a number of different materials, colours and fittings.

The most common door is the P3 which is made from 15mm thick polyethylene (the same material used for butchers cutting boards) other types of doors include a 40mm insulated door blade and the revolutionary ZP6 which is a completely clear 15mm thick door blade. These doors can be controlled with an intelligent single phase tube mounted motor unit that always opens away from the direction of travel. We also manufacture this type of door from a 7mm PVC sheet if required.

Our heavy duty PTS swing doors are designed to provide a functional separation between two rooms through which personnel and vehicles can pass without stopping. These self-closing doors are typically used in industrial or commercial buildings, and to separate warehouse and retail areas in supermarkets and large stores. The doors can be provided in single or double leaf with a choice of colours, thickness, material and vision strip.
